Can any agent help me though this program?
No, you must work with a preferred brokerage/realtor of this program. Not every real estate company is awarded the opportunity to participate!
Can I qualify for more than one program at once?
Yes, you may actually qualify for more than one of our reward programs but can only use one program per transaction. You get the option to choose.
How many times can I get the reward?
There is no cap on how many times you can receive it. You can receive a cash reward, after closing, on each transaction that you do – whether it’s a sale of a property or the purchase of a property. Perfect for investors and clients who purchase multiple properties
Do you help me with the relocation process from start to finish?
Yes, our goal is to be your trusted advisors for life!
What if I have a property to sell first before I can relocate?
Yes, we have partnerships with brokerages across the United States & Canada and connect you with a trusted advisor to help you sell your home. We could also see if you qualify for a cash reward, after closing, in the area that you are selling in.
How much is the cash reward?
The cash reward is anywhere from $300 up to $8,000 and is based on the price of the home that is either sold or purchased.
